My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for New York City, impeccably clean, and felt just like being at home with lovely decorations. However, there was a slight disappointment as I was given a different room that wasn't an upgrade despite being told otherwise.

The service I received was courteous and attentive to all my needs, although I did have a bit of a rough start with some rudeness at the reception. Still, overall, the staff were helpful and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was absolutely brilliant, perfect for exploring all the midtown hotspots on foot and conveniently close to subway stations for those who want to venture further. Being near Times Square and Central Park added to the convenience and excitement of the area.

While the dining options were somewhat limited in terms of healthy eating choices, I did find a nice spot around the corner on my second morning. It would have been better to have more diverse options available during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located for shopping and sightseeing, just a few minutes from Central Park and Broadway. The rooms, although on the small side considering the cost, had everything we needed, except for an additional chair. The service was friendly, but we had to clarify our reservation at check-in. Although the dining choices were limited and pricey, we could easily find good breakfast options nearby. The facilities were adequate, making for a comfortable stay.
